Rex Varilek, the owner, personally took care of my truck as his technicians were on vacation for memorial day weekend. Despite his busy schedule, he took excellent care of me and helped me diagnose an issue with my truck that I had been experiencing.He offered printed screens of all the diagnostics and took the time to answer all the questions I had for him. Nothing but courteous and patient. I only had my diagnostic service done so I can't speak to the maintenance services, but Rex was dedicated to helping another customer before me get back on the road. My understanding is he worked from 7 am to when he helped me at around 6pm. I highly recommend Precision Diesel. "Five Stars - two thumbs up I have a Ford F-350 that we bought used , it never has had full power in my opinion, and even after having another shop work on it , it has lost power to the point it wouldn't pull itself up a hill . My John Deere dealer said take it to Red Oak, IA .That is were they go . I took it to them and they fixed turbo , injectors, fuel filters , went above and beyond our expectations. They quoted us a price and even tho they put a little more time into it than expected they didn't stick us for labor . When I picked it up today I found myself having to watch my speed , it ran so good I found myself doing 75 or 80 in a 55 MPH zone , got back home and hooked to our trailer put a Bob Cat mine excavator on it and it pulled like there was nothing on .
